Common Questions
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on healing past wounds and managing symptoms. Coaching is forward-focused on growth, transformation, and becoming. I integrate psychological understanding with spiritual tools and somatic practices for holistic change.
Do I need to know astrology?
Not at all. I'll teach you what you need to know. Astrology is a tool we use, not the focus of our work. Think of it as a map of your psyche—helpful, but not required knowledge.
What if I'm not sure which package is right?
That's what the discovery call is for. We'll explore where you are, what you need, and what level of support makes sense. Most people start with The Explorer (3 months), but we'll find what's right for you.
Are payment plans available?
